    i visited Fountain Gate Samsung store today because I have an issue with my phone.i was told i had to make an appointment. There were 4 staff doing nothing and no one even looked at my phone (1 more customer was there)
    this is simply not good enough. From a company like Samsung I expect a service.
    AND a friendly attitude towards their customers.
