    Dear Sir/Madam
    My name is Gerard Beuers and I am the chairman for an organisation called Connecting Communities in Mt Gravatt and Surrounds. The reason we do what we do is to provide a free meal to the homeless and the disadvantaged in Mt Gravatt and Surrounding suburbs. To be able to put these type of events we need the support of the business community so we ask if you would supply a Major Raffle Prize for us for our upcoming Fundraising event.

    We have now been approached to hold more events that will provide the opportunity for members of our community to come together in a safe and family friendly way.
    In order to do this, we need to begin our journey to be self-funding. As we hold these events to help the most disadvantaged and isolated in our community, the last thing we want is to have to charge for any of our activities.
    With this is mind, we are, in conjunction with the Newnham Hotel, holding a fundraising afternoon on Sunday 27th November, 2016.
    This fundraiser consists of a show, afternoon tea and nostalgia! As part of our fundraising efforts we will be also conducting some raffles.
    As always, we will be actively promoting all of our sponsors prior to the event, at the event and after the event, with the full contact details of all our supporters being provided to our guests at the fundraiser.
    Of course, you are invited to attend this fundraiser and as a thank you for supporting this event we will be happy to pay for a complimentary ticket to the event for you or a delegate of your choice and partner (If Required) .Tickets are just $34.95 and are available online at http://www.newnhamhotel.com.au. Being just before Christmas, this is a great opportunity to get some friends together and remember the 60’s – 80’s like it was yesterday. An opportunity to turn back time, if only for one afternoon.
